ORDER PROCESSING
We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
CUSTOM HEADLIGHTS
All Custom Headlights have a lead time prior to dispatch. Lead times are displayed on the product page however these lead times can change and are only an estimate. Once your Headlights are built, you will receive shipping/tracking details with an updated ETA of delivery.
THE APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIME ACCORDS TO EACH COUNTRY
: Australia: You can expect your package to arrive in 3 - 10 working days via Standard/Free Shipping (remote locations may be longer depending on the courier). General shipping ETAs are displayed below for available couriers however this will be updated once your order is dispatched. Australia Post (3 - 7 days) Australia Post Express (1 - 5 days) 
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information & the item is 'returned to sender', we will contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays & extra charges in delivering your order.
CUSTOMS Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. All customs fees are to be paid by the receiver upon delivery.
DELIVERY Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your parcel can be collected from.
